RIDFEAR Ltd – A private enterprise with strong social objectives
It’s purpose is to deliver low-cost self-coaching workshops based around the RIDFEAR® self-coaching model, as well as continuously developing, promoting and licensing the methodology.
In doing so it will help those in need develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to coach themselves through change and achieve positive outcomes for themselves, their dependants and their organisations.
It also offers opportunities nationally, for those with appropriate skills and abilities, to deliver the programme in their local region or organisation.
Ridfear Ltd satisfies three of the four tests for determining a social enterprise;
- It has strong social and ethical objectives
- It is a trading business
- The profits stay within and are reinvested in the business
However for operational reasons it is not yet socially owned. It is wholly owned by Partners in Management Ltd which itself is wholly owned by David Broadhead, an academic entrepreneur.
Corporate clients are particularly welcome and we are prepared to train your own staff in delivering the methodology.
For commercial reasons corporate programmes are delivered through Partners in Management Ltd.
